Why companies choose Moovs over other softwares

Moovs hands down has been a game changer. Very user friendly for both operator and client. Employees at moovs are easily reachable and very helpful. The other day I saw someone saying that they can train anyone who needs help with how to use limoanywhere in exchange for money. Why would you keep using or sign up for a software that's hard to use?

I personally have used and tried both. Here is my opinion on both. We prefer moovs overall. It is easy to use just like an apple platform. It's pretty straightforward for anyone on your team to learn quickly. The support team is amazing and easy to get a hold of for any issues. We have been using moovs for over a year and we love it.
Limo anywhere software is outdated. It's really hard to figure out the system, add vehicles, pricing etc. You almost have to have one dedicated staff member trained on your system and have to rely on them to be there 24/7 to add reservations and make changes etc.

Moovs is by far better than LA without a question. My customers love the booking tool. It's modern and easy to use and learn. I confused and really don't understand how people are still using limo anywhere. Also, the Moovs customer service ALWAYS responsive and helpful!

I'm a big fan of moovs since I made the switch from LA about 3 months ago. I've enjoyed their customer service and ease of use! If I have a problem I can talk to someone that day. With LA I could literally go weeks before hearing back from them. Was with LA for 3 years.

When my husband Marlon Anthony Croasdaile and I were in the same predicament about choosing softwares- I'm glad we went with Moovs! 1. customer service will never ever go out business..you can never get a limo anywhere rep in the phone. Moovs has a real time chat box where you can submit your inquiries and they assist you right away or you can get someone in the phone depending on when you contact them which is great. 2.Limoanywhere maybe a long industry standard limo software- but that doesn't mean anything if 1. The system goes done often 2. Customer service is not up to par and 3. They don't hear client feedback. 4. It's really complex and not user friendly.Moovs is becoming an industry standard- their design software is very clean and professional- my clients always provide great feedback of how easy it is to book online and professional the software is! Also, when your dealing with chargebacks from clients- they help in the troubleshooting. Their software is made for the owner-operator and being able to scale your fleet!
