You can always ask the program to make it shorter, longer, more professional, less professional or what ever you desire!

Lets say you have a last minute cancellation and want to let the customer know and you want to sound nice and polite.
You can write a text, give it to chatGPT and tell it to rewrite it, but in a nice polite way. I did that below, see the results!
